All our scarfs are packaged in beautiful gift boxes and delivered in bubble-lined protective envelopes. Please see “Art on Scarf” shop policies regarding shipping, returns and exchanges below.
All items are dispatched within 3-5 days of payment for the order.

We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but can’t guarantee them.
All the products available on the website are in stock unless “Out of Stock” message is featured on the product. At times, errors may exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the unlikely case of a product not being available after ordering, you will be informed by email as soon as possible. You will be proposed to either order another item of the similar price shown on the website or to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, the full price of the order and the shipping costs will be refunded to you.
Customs and import taxes
For deliveries outside of the UK, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return and exchange times
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will need to ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
We can only accept cancellations of orders that have not been dispatched. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you would like our scarfs to be produced in custom sizes based on your individual requirements, we will be happy to assist. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and delivery timelines. Please note, no returns are accepted for custom orders made based on your individual requirements unless the delivered item has a defect.
